On May 27th Advocis Calgary is holding our annual Sales Congress. This is our flagship event and we are as excited as ever to present this year’s lineup. Our speakers cross a number of topics that will help drive success in your business. We have three platform speakers this year.
Fred Sarkari has a background in psychotherapy, with a focus on emotional engagement in personal and professional relationships. He will discuss the true expectations of our clients and what the top people in our industry are doing to grow their business.
Jane Blaufus is an experienced advisor and the life and health insurance expert for Globalnews.ca. She has been featured on BNN Money Talk, Canada AM, and the Lang & O’Leary Exchange. Jane will offer strategies and tips to help you build lifelong trust relationships with your clients.
Todd Hirsch is no stranger to the Advocis Sales Congress. Always a popular speaker, Todd is Chief Economist for ATB Financial. He has a knack for taking complex concepts and making them clear, concise, and relatable. This year Todd will be talking about The Boiling Frog Dilemma: Saving Canada from Economic Decline.
We have three great breakout sessions to choose from. We are running the same breakout sessions in the morning and afternoon so that you have the opportunity to see two great speakers.
Gordon Leek is a retired RCMP officer. He will discuss fraud and give advice on how to protect your clients.
Gordon Keon will discuss fee disclosure in our industry and how to work within the new financial services environment.
Adrian George is a Court of the Table qualifying member for MDRT. He will use his 20 years of experience to discuss bringing value to clients that will be buying or selling a business.
