CE Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION SESSIONS

Up to five (5) days prior to an event, a refund can be obtained; the refund will be returned in the manner it was taken (i.e. credit card, cheque)

Within five (5) days of an event, a credit can be obtained.

All credits must be used in the existing calendar year and applied to Continuing Education sessions only;

If a credit is being applied to either the Sales Congress or Update, and it is less than the stated registration fee of that event, the balance of the registration fee must be collected prior to the registrant attending the event;
