Hervin started dabbling in the financial services industry at the age of 19. He was intrigued by the field and the lucrative promises that came with it. He entered the industry for the income while pursuing his undergraduate degree. He loved the industry so much that he received the CFP designation before his undergraduate degree. He finally completed his BA in June of 2015 with a double major in Accounting and Management and a double minor in Financial Services and Finance Economics.  This day was important as he officially considered himself as a bona fide practitioner in the field and not just a dabbler. 

Since then, Hervin has founded Aware Financial where he and his team serve thousands of clients. He is also the proud owner of a General Insurance Agency and currently leads the Financial Services program for a local community college, teaching the CFP curriculum. In his previous roles, he taught the LLQP and eventually lead into a business development role in an MGA where he helped lead hundreds of advisors by the age of 24.

Hervin’s presentation might be just what you need. He will discuss the new realities of being “new” in this business. He hopes to share the "un-glamorous" day to day path to success, that's right, he won't just show you the highlights, he will share the setbacks and the comebacks too! He will be sharing his personal story, the motivations behind his ambition and what he has learned from shadowing career veterans. He hopes that you will leave the event with inspiration to pursue excellence in your career and the acceptance that it is "OK” for you to be a work in progress.
